Who operates this website

OzarksLandBuyer.com is owned and operated by Titan Property Investors. Titan Property Investors is a private real estate investor and a potential principal buyer, meaning we may purchase a property for our own account rather than list it for someone else. This website is one of the specialized websites we operate, not a separately staffed Ozarks office.

Titan Property Investors is based in Arkansas. Jeff has real experience evaluating real estate and working directly with property owners. Titan Property Investors may purchase a property directly, work with a funding or investment partner, or structure another lawful transaction based on the property and the seller's agreement. Any assignment, partnership or alternative structure is handled with the disclosures required by the contract and applicable state law. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we do not provide legal, tax, surveying, appraisal, engineering or environmental services.

A regional focus

We concentrate on the Ozarks: north and north central Arkansas, south and south central Missouri, northeastern Oklahoma, and the small southeastern Kansas corner of the region. We do not present ourselves as a statewide buyer in any of those states. That focus matters with land, because value here is driven by access, terrain, water and how far you are from a real town. Those are details a nationwide buyer working off a spreadsheet will not catch. Some properties will not meet our buying criteria, and sellers should compare their options before deciding anything.

How we work with sellers

Selling to us is not always the right answer

Depending on the parcel, listing with a land agent, offering it to an adjoining landowner, keeping it, resolving an access problem, or dividing it may put more money in your pocket. If that is what we see, we will tell you. Talking with an attorney, surveyor, or tax professional first is often a reasonable step.

We do not list property and we do not charge sellers a commission.
